Our company is a metal processing company located in Ikoma City, Nara Prefecture, Japan and
THAI SANEI was established in 1987 as a manufacturing base in Thailand. We are a specialist in the field of metal pressing with know-how and skill more than 75 years of experience in Japan, and more than 30 years of expertise in Thailand. Our main customers are Japanese companies in Thailand.

Our factory is located in Wellgrow Industrial Estate and is fully equipment with a total of approximately 240 press machines, make molds, and surface treatment machining equipment. We offer the complete facilities to deliver a full range of services.

Currently, the company provides highly precision press processing and assembly service mainly for home appliances and automobile parts. We provide a full range of service from mold design, mold manufacturing to press process of metal stamping, surface treatment and metal painting services.

We are committed to improving our facilities in Thailand to ensure the same high quality and highly precision in our services as made in Japan, as well as training our staff to be highly skilled and experienced.

In line with our company motto, "The foundation of a company starts with each individual" and "The individualization of craftsmanship starts with unceasing efforts", it is our goal to bring people together, and connect people with technology through our new high value-added products and services that go beyond the customers' expectation.

Providing start-to-end manufacturing facilities that can offer one-stop service from mold design to manufacturing

Our company is fully equipment with machinery that allows us to perform the entire process from mold design, manufacturing, to forming in our own factory. Based on customer requests and detail, we design the best molds and processes employing our machining process equipment and extensive know-how to provide high quality products. With our start-to-end manufacturing service, we are able to cut down transportationcosts and lead time which allow us to manage delivery deadlines and cost more effectively. Our service covering all processes from mold design & manufacturing, and production by press machine which enables constantly changing customer needs and provide high forming quality just in time response.

Supporting metal processing that requires a sophisticated design

As diversity of products evolves over time, we are committed to pursuing higher value-added manufacturing. Exteriors and structures made of metal are used in many industrial products such as home appliances, video cameras, and automobiles.
In addition to lightweight and durability for functionality and ease for use, we also have reputation for press processing that gives products a luxurious and refined appearance. We also specialize in press and precision press processing of complicated shapes that were difficult to produce in the past. This allows us to replicate the finely curved surfaces, patterns, and even delicate press demanded by designers. Our high-quality, high-value-added pressed products are highly supported by many large manufacturers because we handle a diverse range of metal materials and have a deep understanding of each material's properties.

Proposing solutions to support customers' activities as their partner

Going beyond the order taking manufacturer, we also gather and analyze information based on the customer's requirements, and propose creative ideas based on flexible concepts of what kind of quality and value are truly required, and which technologies could be applied to achieve the requirements. Using the knowhow we have fostered over the years, our design proposals are based on the customer's requirements along with an evaluation for overall production costs.
